The Home Maintenance services that MHA Care provide to clients focus on minor repairs or maintenance of the home and garden to assist clients to maintain their independence, improve safety, accessibility and health and wellbeing within the home environment.

Home Modifications
MHA also provides minor Home Modification services to assist clients with the organisation and cost of simple home modifications.
Home Modifications provide changes to a client's home aimed at increasing or maintaining the client's functional independence so that they can continue to live in and move safely about the house.
Examples of minor Home Modifications provided under the MHA Care Home Maintenance Program include:

Our Home Maintenance Service cannot undertake tasks requiring qualified trades people (e.g. major home modifications, plumbing and electrical works.)
