Service Support Officer – Reporting to the Service Manager

Yarrawonga, Full Time on-going position,

Salary range and benefits: SACS 3 + Non for-profit salary packaging options

What's involved in the role?

We are seeking a Service Support Officer. For this role, you need to be ready to hit the ground running, enjoy providing corporate support to a team and also be interested in rostering and coordinating our clients with their carers. Essentially many things can be thrown your way and we need a ‘can do’ attitude.

To be successful you will need have a background in office administration (rostering or coordinating services a plus), be organised with a customer service focus, flexible in a fast-paced environment and well-developed oral and written communication skills.

About you:

While a previous experience in coordinating the delivery of services and developing staff rosters is in our essential criteria, what is also important are the attributes that you possess that speak to our values. We want our clients to have a great experience with our people, and our people need to have a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the client wants.
