MHA Care is governed by a Board of Management which is made up of independent representatives from the local community.  The Board is committed to the adoption of ethical conduct in all areas of its responsibility and authority.  It operates principles of good governance meaning that it sets the strategic direction of the organisation and ensures community input to this direction.

 
The Board operates under Governance principles, which means that MHA Care has an effective control environment in which business risks are properly identified and managed.  This in turn provides a clear operational framework through which the organisation will achieve its stated goals.

Current Vacancy - Board Director

MHA Care are currently seeking expressions of interest from people who can contribute to MHA Care as a Director on the Board for a term of three years.   This years recruitment is particularly seeking people who are interested in contributing to the Board and have skills, knowledge and experience in governance, business and industry, health and aged care and community advocacy.  The Board also wishes to strengthen further its capability in accounting and financial management.
